How to keep studying for a license

As someone who is studying for a license of real estate trading in Japan, I thought about how to keep motivated.

1. Write the reasons for getting the license

2. Talk with friends with similar licenses

3. Read (web / magazine) articles about those who succeeded

4. Read thin introductory book about the areas

5. Use several senses

- see : watch lecture videos, read texts silently

- hear: listen to lectures, read texts aloud

-touch: write keywords, key phrases, and key sentences, arrange content in a table
