How to scale your private label product when you have little marketing dollars.

I have a private label brand of reusable, eco-friendly coffee cups. I would like to scale the brand and have it sell in big-box retailers like Walmart or Target. I have no experience growing a brand. This is my first business. I currently selling on my own website and on Amazon. About 99% of my sales are from Amazon.

    1. I could place my product on the shelves of big box retailers. When people try to check out with it the product won't scan, which would get the attention of management. They would then track down the manufacture.

    2. I could search on LinkedIn for people who work at Target or Walmart, possibly with the title of buyers. Research their interests. Find influencers of the interest and expose them to my product.

    3. I could take pictures of my product on the shelves of big box retailers and post them on social media. People might then go to those retailers looking for the product. If several people ask about it, then management will see demand.

    4. I could associate my product with initiatives that are popular and woke. Retailer might buy in based on the associated goodwill my product could contribute.

    5. Big box retailers have a formal process of forms that you can complete. They review your product and make a decision to carry it or not.

    6. I could contact buyers for big box chains directly and make a plea for my product.

    7. I could take pictures of my product on the shelves of big box retailers and post them on social media. People might then go to those retailers looking for the product. If several people ask about it, then management will see demand.
