How to shrink an ever-growing to-do list.
1. 5 minute rule
Start something for 5 min. Do the thing you have been putting off the most, first. Once you have some momentum, you may keep going.
2. Delete
Some things you really don't need to do
3. Move further out
Move something much further out
4. Buffett Rule
Think I've seen @JamesAltucher mention Buffett takes a list of 20 and throws everything out except the top 5.
5. Pomodoro
Use a Pomodoro timer. I like this one . You get to take breaks. You can play around with how much time you work/rest.
6. Ask for help/delegate
7. Automate
Certain payments or other tasks you could just automate and not have to take the time to actually do the chore.
