I am grateful for good habits that I started in my 30s
I started some habits back when I was in my 30s that I am glad that I kept going.

1. Learning Languages
Learning languages has brought so much richness and beauty into my life. I would not be the same person if I had not started to learn Japanese.
2. Exercising
I started to work out in my 30s and have continued ever since. I now try to move at least 10 minutes every day and 4 x a week in earnest. I think it has saved my knees and kept me from joint issues. It has also kept my weight in check.
3. Learning
I love to learn new things. I sign up for way too many courses, but I think it makes me happy.
4. Watching Anime
This is a questionable good habit, but I can honestly say that there are some stories that have changed the way I look at life and kept me optimistic. I love Shonen anime. You can say it's cheesy , but I will not give it up. There were some dark moments that I lived for some of those shows and they kept me hanging on. I love other kinds of anime too Day in the Life, etc - but shonen anime are my fav.
5. Knitting or crochet
Knitting or Crochet can be like meditation.
