I have no internet

1. Xfinity broke something outside my house

2. I see other networks up and running in my building

3. My network was working up until 1pm today

4. Not only my internet, but the cable isn’t working

So I know it’s not my equipment. Since both were working. The software isn’t working.

5. Their standard method of helping is - let me reboot your machine

6. I have spent more money for less service for well over 20 years.

7. Nothing has improved

8. The only reason that they even still have my business is because I am unaware of any other options that are reliable
