I use lists to solve problems and generate ideas

Think of a problem you are trying to solve then,

Read down the list, when you find yourself pausing, when you find yourself wondering "What if...?", that's your idea...

combine w/ ideas around flow

find maximum obsolesence and build a business that flows into, or away from, it

explains almost everything

e.g. schools: average school boards + average administrators + average teachers + average students + average parents = average outcomes
