I am flying tomorrow so this is top of mind.
1. I entered my Passport Information when I bought the airline tickets. When I check in online, why do I have to enter it again?
2. Online checkin: Address of my location in the USA - there should be an address search feature or, I should be able to enter in the hotel name and it automatically adds the hotel's address.
3. Seats - there should be something which tells me more about the pros and cons of the seat. ie. crowdsource comments on the pros and cons of a particular seat.
4. Make a seat on a plane like an NFT where I can buy or sell my seat to others on the flight. Or, I can pay someone else to upgrade my seat.
5. The airline should provide me with proactive content about the best way to get to my hotel from the airport and activities/food I can access. Kind of like what Airbnb is doing with Experiences, etc.
6. Why can't I order in-flight food during the online checkin?
7. Why can't I order pre-flight amenities like a chair massage or light yoga class?
8. You tell me I need to be at the airport 2 hours before but why? Can you share with me specifically how long it took a passenger yesterday or the day before to get through checkin, security, etc?
9. If I check in online, can I get a discount because I didn't talk to a check in person?
10. Share with me common issues people face at the airport and how to ensure they don't happen so we don't waste time.
