1. Promise yourself to do 3 things from your list per day, feel good about it, and then stop
2. Timebox - set aside an hour every week
3. Add a time to a task, and then don’t allow yourself to postpone it after that
4. Make a note of how good it feels to have done them, and how terrible it feels when you postponed them (again)
5. You are the kind of person who gets these things done instead of procrastinating
6. Tick them off the list and enjoy that
