Idiotic chess figures
1. The Koala (J)
The Jester moves in an L-shape like a knight but in reverse. It jumps two squares horizontally or vertically and then one square diagonally.
2. The Slinky (S)
The Slinky can only move in a zigzag pattern, either two squares diagonally or one square orthogonally. It can't jump over other pieces.
3. The Magnet (N)
The Magnet attracts pieces within a certain radius. It can move one square in any direction and capture any opponent's piece within a 3x3 area centered on itself.
4. The Worm (W)
The Worm can only move by slithering one square at a time, but it can move forward or backward. It can also crawl through spaces that are one square wide.
5. The Boomerang (B)
The Boomerang moves in a triangular path, either two squares diagonally and one square orthogonally or two squares orthogonally and one square diagonally. After moving, it returns to its original position.
6. The Disco Dancer (D)
The Disco Dancer moves in a "Z" shape, either two squares diagonally and one square orthogonally or two squares orthogonally and one square diagonally.
7. The Tornado (T)
The Tornado moves in a spiral pattern, rotating around itself. It can move one square in any direction, but it can keep rotating continuously in that direction until it reaches the edge of the board or captures an opponent's piece.
8. The Mirror (M)
The Mirror can mirror the movement of any adjacent friendly piece. When it moves, it copies the last move of a friendly piece next to it.
9. The Hopper (H)
The Hopper can jump over any piece, friendly or enemy, but it can only move in a straight line (horizontal or vertical) for any number of squares until it reaches the edge of the board or captures an opponent's piece.
10. The Glue Trap (G)
The Glue Trap can only move one square diagonally. When it captures an opponent's piece, that piece is stuck to the Glue Trap, and both pieces move together as one until they are captured by the opponent or the game ends.
