I'd like to construct a list of questions to ask chat chatgpt. I had it imitate a therapist when I couldn't get one and it really helped. I suggest others do the same and they said it helped. If I could share a few simple prompts I think I could help a lot of people by sharing them.
E.g - Pretend that your a mental health therapist. Ask me questions that will help lead me to the solutions that I need to take in order to make me feel happier and succeed in life.
