1. Does the campsite have utility hookups?

2. Is the campsite mostly full timers, tourists, or a mix?

3. How long are you allowed to stay?

4. If you do have to move periodically, how long before you can move back?

I know a bloke you had a long term site but every 30 days he has to leave for at least a week to "reset the clock". So he also has a short term spot that he uses regularly.

5. Will you have to pack up the caravan to travel to work?

If you have a trailer or caravan, most likely it can remain at the site. But if you are living in a truck or van, you are packing up the whole house every time you have to drive somewhere

6. Is your caravan designed for year round use?

Most are lacking in insulation, heating, etc.

7. If it’s not, what changes or additions can you make to improve it?
