This notion doesn't suggest despair; instead, it underscores the transformative power of our choices.
3. The world is the means of healing our belief in separation.
We think we're separate from each other and the world, which leads to suffering. Love teaches us to see the Oneness beneath the illusion. By forgiving ourselves and others, we release the illusion of separation and heal the mind.
