Make More Money in 2023 (in a lot of places I have zero knowledge)
Some ways to produce more income - I'm really stretching here. I don't even know most of what needs to be done for any of these, but I'm willing to learn.

1. Real Estate
Commercial or rental residential.
2. Residuals and Royalties
Usually from creative projects that get used commercially like music or artwork.
3. Investments
I already invest modestly, but we can pump more into the game and get bigger compounding returns.
4. Content, Courses, How-tos and Masterclasses
The apex of passive sales. I see a ton about this and I'm still a little mystified by how you actually achieve it. I know it can be done, I've purchased courses and how-tos myself.
5. Flip or Roll Up poor businesses
There are proliferation of bad businesses around me. I could turn any one of them around and introduce a little more customer service and a little less manual labor and see some positive returns.
6. Solve Obvious and Recurring Problems
Why don't contractors ever show up on time? Why don't they call you back? Can someone help them get this in order? Is there a way to help these guys not be absolute jokes when it comes to customer service. The guy who does what he says he'll do when he says he'll do it is going to win every single time.
7. Training and Knowledge Transfer
Businesses struggle with training and knowledge transfer. It's a problem that hurts small businesses more than big businesses because they can't afford to hire training staff and do a lot of standardization.
8. Combine Two Self-Improvement/Focus Areas Into One
My idea is a weight training gym that also serves as a tabletop game store/play space. Every trainer is a Game Master. If you're a member of the gym you can play for free, if you want to play without membership you have to pay -and once you see everybody in shape and having fun, too, you want to get in shape and play games for free with your training buddies. Sell coffee, workout supplements, and game supplies as value-add services. Rent the game space and/or workout space. Hold local weight lifting meets to get interest and visibility.
9. Find a New Service Skill (Using Idea Sex)
Digital product therapy. Pop up party planner. Personal system analyzer. People sometimes don't know where to start - combine knowledge of resources with a touch of personalization and that's a good recipe.
10. Prototyping Anything
It's a concept I've played with for a while where I take my skill of creating things basically full-time, every day (enterprise software experiences, games, systems, businesses, artwork, music, anything) and operationalize the steps to do it in a meaningful way and so you can get results as quickly as possible. There's a system there, I just haven't written it down yet. For example, there are plenty of books out there on prototyping interactive software, but those techniques apply to a lot of other efforts. What does that look like?
