I prefer blue with 1.0 mm point. Buttery smooth.
4. A good night's sleep
Makes a huge difference to the quality of my day.
5. Daily crossword
6. Bicycle ride (at least once a week)
7. A shower
I have to shower at least once a day to feel normal.
8. Meditation
Minimum of one 5 minute session. I try for twice daily whenever I can.
9. Grateful thoughts
A little gratitude every day goes a long way.
10. A step toward a goal
Do something that contributes toward your bigger picture every day.
