My Top Morning Habits
Here are some habits that I use in the morning that I think get my day on the right foot
1. Body-Water
We lose so much water during sleep and wake up dehydrated. Start with a good bottle of waterÂ
2. Mind-Journal
Sometimes it's just what's on the agenda and some times gets into a deeper meditation. I forgot how free writing can be when it's not done for school/work
3. Soul-Prayer
Submitting to a higher power. Whether it's in the form of structure prayer or yoga, submitting and praying (can replace prayer with hoping) can help you clarify what you want to accomplish/value are.
Prayer is a way to tell yourself what you value.
