New things that are actually pretty impressive
1. Standing desks
For those who work at a desk, standing may not burn calories, but it certainly doesn't hurt your body like sitting all day. You can even walk in place.
2. ChatGpt
There's no question it will help us be more productive. I wonder if it will make online chat boxes at the companies you use even more annoying?
3. Work From Home
Just better for everyone. Only downside I see is some people only socialize with other people at work, now they may not have any social interaction in the real world.
4. The TV that looks like Art

This reminds me of what the "future" was supposed to be like. Haven't actually seen one out in the wild.
5. 3d printed homes
They are not currently cheaper, but have the potential to. We'll see. I also think the material might actually be better than the sticks used to build new homes?
