How could the website be improved?

1. Rewards

A daily sticker. You only get one a day, this is used to reward the best list you saw that day.

Challenge rewards. You could give gold, silver and bronze rewards. You could get a reward just for entering.

Maybe users can make their own rewards for challenges (small image with a custom name).

This will encourage more participation and help build a community.

2. Direct challenge

You can send idea list ideas to certain people. This shows as 'X challenges you to write a list. '. This will help build a stronger community.

3. Groups

Once Notepd has more members you might want to group people you follow. They're good for book recommendations, their good for investment, their good for life advice ect. Maybe a topics option would work just as well.

4. Group challenge

Idea sex. Challange your group, instead of just one user. They can compete for the best list

5. Mega lists

A challange set by James (or the team) . World problems that with the help of all of us could be solved, or at least moved closer to a solution Eg. Climate change, school shootings, racism ect.

6. Subscription

At the moment all ideas are free to see. Maybe higher quality ideas would be generated if people where paying to read them.

7. Book option

Their could be a list option that walks you through writing a book

1 - what could you write a book about?
You then branch out on one
2 - what are the chapters?

The next few days you'll branch out on a new chapter and have to write 10 bits of content for that chapter. By the end you'll have a rough draft of a book. All chapters can be combined and you could download your draft.

This doesn't need to be done daily, you just click 'next' whenever you feel like moving on to the next step.

8. Guest challenge

After a podcast guests could be asked to create a challenge on what they where talking about during the podcast.

9. Profile

Show off a pinned list, top rated/comment list, challange and the rewards the user has earned.

10. Podcast questions

James could say future guests and members can have a week to write questions /vote for the best.

Users lists can be combined into a mega list to make voting easier. Top question could be asked at the end.
