Okie Dokie it's Kettlebell Bell ⌚ & 🐻 Bear Crawls
So, I wanted to "eat the world" this AM. However . . . I've learned my lesson. Instead of making some super complicated "thing" I will not complete, I'm simply going to do these two exercises and get my ass moving.
I will be simply doing KB snatches and bear crawls this morning.
