Online Exercise options
Lately, there seems to be a new crop of exercise coaches, classes and events online. My excuse not to exercise because I get bored easily has disappeared. Following are just a few of the ways to exercise

1. Nike Exercise Sessions/ Coaches are now on Netflix
And they have multiple types of exercises (HIT, Cardio, Stretching, Low Impact, etc)
2. Centr
Thor (Chris Hemsworth) has his own exercise app that offers multiple exercise types, programs as well as meditation and nutrition suggestions.
3. Down Dog
A Yoga specific app that gives you the ability to select your own session (different types of Yoga, duration and music).
4. Beachbody is still out there
Cranking out multiple exercise types, with different coaches. I cemented my exercise habit with them in my 30s and they are still going strong.
5. YouTube
There are hundreds of wannabe exercise gurus out on YouTube. The only caution here is that some of them may not give you the safest way to workout. But some of them are worth following. I have found some cool kettlebell exercise sessions as well as mobility sessions on this site.
6. GMB Fitness
If you’re interested in improving your mobility - this is the place. They offer several programs. I started their Elements program. And it really seems to have improved my flexibility and strengthened my shoulders, knees and arms. I was concerned about my knees and joints. After getting half way through their program, I feel more flexible than I’ve ever felt. I can actually get into an Asian squat and that was inconceivable before this program. I’m still working on getting comfortable in it. %)
