Our understanding of God is shaped by our limited human perceptions. (1 min 14 sec)

We conceptualize God based on our own experiences, desires, and cultural conditioning.

    1. Did we create God in our image?

Throughout history, we have created gods and deities in our image and likeness. In this line of thinking, gods are anthropomorphic and embody human qualities, emotions, and characteristics.
This perspective demonstrates that our understanding of God is influenced by our need for comfort, explanation, and connection. We project human attributes onto God to make him more relatable and understandable.

    2. Did God form us in His image?

Conversely, God is a reflection of divine reality that transcends our limitations. In this line of thinking, God exists independently of our perception and is beyond our capacity to fully comprehend.
God reveals Himself to us in ways that we can grasp, using metaphors, symbols, and concepts that are relatable to our human experience. This allows us to have some understanding and connection with God.
