Prices in Armenia
I find people who talk about the price of things to be pretty boring, but I thought it would be good way to write an easy list.

1. It's way more expensive than when I was here in October 2021
2. Coffee shops are often around the same price as in Barcelona, sometimes more expensive
3. But you can cheap coffee at one of those coffee machines on the street
4. Canned tuna seems oddly expensive
What's up with that?
5. Price of beer is OK
$2.50 (1000 AMD)
6. Taxis are super cheap
$2.50 for a 20-minute ride.
7. Cheap meals are maybe half the price as in Belgium
Not quite sure yet, I haven't paid a lot of attention to it.
8. Public transport is extremely cheap
9. Accommodation prices are through the roof
Influx of Russian people fleeing their country and displaced people from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), and I guess other factors as well, contributed to rent prices skyrocketing. Tourist accommodation is often the same price as in popular European cities.
10. Getting around the country is pretty cheap
I can't quite remember the prices, but I think they're pretty low. There are several options like minibuses, taxi, and sometimes the train.
