    1. Finalize documentation before the work starts

    Have your client complete all their paperwork before you start building their product.

    2. Weekly agenda

    This can be time consuming, but clients love it and it makes you look professional. Take meeting notes on a formal agenda document and then after the meeting send them a wrap up summary of the meeting with 'homework' and attach the agenda.

    3. Record meetings

    Upload the recordings to a Sharepoint/GDrive folder for the client to reference

    4. How the next project can be better - yearly programs

    Take notes and upload them to the folder for next year's program.

    5. Simplify

    Repeatable routine. Your project does not need a lot of bells and whistles. I needs function as designed aka be easy to use and then provide the clients with results in a simple fashion.

    6. Too many people

    Remove any unnecessary people from your project. They will spend time talking, wasting your time.

    7. UAT

    Give you customer a change to provide you with feedback. Even if you shut down all of their feedback.

    8. Think about the future

    How you can streamline this process even more. There are always ways to make a project go faster and easier.

    9. Do it in the moment

    If you can do something right then and there do it. Do not put it off. Your To Do list will get way too long.

    10. Be responsive

    Respond to your clients on the day that they email you. People get upset if they you are ignoring them.
