Give you customer a change to provide you with feedback. Even if you shut down all of their feedback.8. Think about the future
How you can streamline this process even more. There are always ways to make a project go faster and easier.9. Do it in the moment
If you can do something right then and there do it. Do not put it off. Your To Do list will get way too long.10. Be responsive
Respond to your clients on the day that they email you. People get upset if they you are ignoring them.
