Quick Shortcuts to enlightenment that are not rules

    1. No Social Media Before Noon

    Every day I see people on social media at 6 am. They are showing off that they are up and ready to conquer the world.

    2. No Negative People

    People who complain, gossip, or are negative in any way.

    3. No TV and No Movies

    I don't watch TV. But I do love movies. So I still go to the movies but I never watch them again (so as not to feed a habit).

    4. No Negative Self-Talk

    Don't say anything negative about yourself. Ever. Even if it's true (which it usually isn't).

    5. Exercise and Nutrition for Well-Being

    Well-being is 80% of happiness so take care of your body so it can take care of you.

    6. Say "Yes" to everything for 30 days. Then evaluate.

    If someone asks you to lunch, say yes. If someone asks you for money, say yes (but be smart about it). Evaluate after 30 days what happened and why so you can make better decisions in the future based on this experiment.
