Reasons Not to Bring Your Cats With You On Vacation

I went to a conference and brought my cats to stay in the hotel with me instead of putting them up in at the Vet. I will never do that again. The only up side was that they did not fight once. They were on each others side. For once. Monday Evening through Thursday Afternoon was all I could stand.

Fortunately, the hotel had no gaps under or behind the bed. They could only hide behind the curtains and under a chair

4. They stop eating until they're comfortable

5. I worried about them

24 hours without food - I would have had to take them to the vet.

6. I forgot key things in my attempt to pack stuff to entertain them

Like a plate for food or a pooper scooper

7. Getting back in the room was difficult to avoid letting them out

8. Leaving the room was a pain the ass

i had to grab one of them by the tail to avoid them slipping out into the main hallway.
