Seven Unpopular Opinions

1. Sport is unhealthy
Each item wears out faster with intensive use. This also applies to the human body.
2. Good and bad are not absolute
Someone who wants something different than me and decides to harm me to achieve his goals is a bad person in my view. For himself, however, this person does nothing wrong. Philosopher Carl Schmitt's concept of the "enemy" would perhaps lead to a more rational approach to conflict.
3. Forcing yourself to get up early is nonsense
The day has 24 hours. It doesn't matter when you sleep, as long as you are satisfying your body's need for sleep.
4. Freedom of religion means freedom of the individual FROM religion
Those who do not want to submit to the constraints of their religion or want to leave a religious community should be able to claim freedom of religion.
5. There are no doctors and professors
Such titles are entitlements one can acquire within the framework of human society. They don't change a person's real characteristics. Someone with an extensive knowledge of psychology is not really any different from a PhD in psychology.
6. Changing the world is only relevant insofar as it changes the lives of others
Absolute values like history or science do not exist. All of that could disappear as soon as next year when a comet hits Earth. How YOU are doing is more important than any great values.
7. Love and sexuality are essentially the same thing
Sexuality is (as the ancient Greeks saw it) the most important part of love. When friendship and mutual understanding are added, it can become deep love (agape).
