Shaping Reality with Thought. (55 sec)

    1. Embracing our creative power.

    Remember, dear ones, we are not victims of the world we see. Our inner world of thoughts shapes our experiences. This doesn't negate the existence of difficult situations, but it does empower us to choose our response.

    2. Looking through the lens of fear or love.

    Every moment presents us with a choice: we either perceive through fear's lens or love's. Fear sees guilt, blame, and separation. Love sees innocence, forgiveness, and interconnectedness. Each choice "feeds" the egoic self or the loving self.

    3. Seeing only love.

    The goal is to see only love. This doesn't require ignoring what we believe reality to be, it's choosing to interpret what you perceive with your five senses as God would see it.
