Short bit's of advice

Random advice that comes to mind.

    1. Don't Complain

    When we complain the problem grows.  A scratch soon becomes a gaping wound.  The problem becomes bigger and bigger everytime you complain and as a result you feel worse.

    Seeking solutions is fine, but complaining to complain is a stupid move, don't do it.

    2. You'll feel better after a nap

    If you're angry or upset go for a nap.  Most of the time that's all you need to feel great again.

    3. Mental Workout

    I read somewhere that just thinking about working out can build muscle.  I've been trying it myself whilst at work and I think it's working.  It could be the actual labour of pulling heavy cage's, but it doesn't hurt to do the exercise.  When you've got nothing to think about, think about working out.

    4. Ask for 10% more

    I was negotiating a contract for a new job and decided to ask for a fair bit more than I would have been happy with (and even that was a lot) and I got it.  Add an extra 10% onto what you want.  Noones going to say no to 10% more.

    5. Focus

    What we focus on grows and becomes clearer.  Tune your mind to focus on luck and happiness at the start of the day and you'll be off to a great start.
