So I have a flu and am suffering some sinus issues, and that lead to Headache! Any remedy out there!?

Lots and lots of water, herbal tea.

Honey in the tea helps, local real honey if possible and not store brand BS.

3. Elderberry

Liquid version is best.

4. B12 Shot

When you feel better and not contagious, get one.
