The Four Cs of Toxic Communication

    1. Complaining - release the need for any complaining.

    Become a lover of what is.

    2. Comparing - comparing yourself to others is race to the bottom.

    After you're done comparing were you more than, less than, or dead even?

    3. Criticizing - you only criticize what you refuse to see in yourself.

    That's you over there that you're criticizing.
    Do you see yourself?

    4. Controlling - the best form of "control" is to realize you don't control anything.

    It's ludicrous to think that we can control a global population of 7.9 billion people.
    Contol is an absolute impossibility.
