"The Light Has Come." (1 min 41 sec)

Preview

    1. Should you be tempted, say "The Light Has Come" to anyone who seems to pull you into darkness.

Instead of reacting to the person pulling you down, remind yourself: "There is nothing real going on "here." This acknowledges the situation as an ego projection, not reality.
Say something like, "I choose peace. There is only love here."  This affirms your commitment to inner peace and reminds them (and yourself) of the underlying love that unites us.
Recognize they are acting from their own pain. You can say, "I forgive you, and I forgive myself."  Forgiveness releases both of you from the grip of negativity.
Example: Let's say Sarah disagrees with her friend Mike. Mike starts getting angry and accusatory.
    Sarah can:
Shift her perception. Sarah can recognize Mike's anger as an ego projection and not a reflection of her worth.
Choose peace. Sarah can politely state, "I choose peace in this situation. Let's talk about this calmly when we're both feeling centered."
Offer forgiveness. Sarah can acknowledge that Mike is upset for a reason, and offer forgiveness for the negativity in the moment. By responding this way, she avoids getting pulled into a fight and creates space for a more peaceful resolution.
We're all on a journey back to the light. By remaining calm and loving we are a beacon for others and inspire them to choose peace as well.

    I am sorry.
    Please forgive me.
