1. When following a spiritual path we believe we will have to give up something.
2. And we’re right, we do have to lay aside many things but don’t we want to?
3. We're asked to give up suffering, loss, anxiety, fear, doubt, and misery.
4. Let’s spend our day giving up things we don't actually want to keep.
