I can easily find phoniness in EVERY major social institution in society and I wouldn't have to look for long.

1. What I think and believe has no contribution to what is True.

That which is true, never changes. If it changes (you know the rest).

2. To argue with anyone about anything is the same as trying to make the illusion real.

I don't argue with people in my dreams - all the opinions - judgments - beliefs - thoughts of "others" are allowed to exist in the dream - each has its proper place.

3. Taking a look at your beliefs can be unsettling.

Until you are willing to take a deep look at your beliefs your life lived will be unsettling...it's just one damn thing after another.
