"The presence of fear is a sure sign that you are trusting in your own strength." (1 min 45 sec)

    1. The "strength" referred to here isn't about your physical or mental power, but the ego's illusion of control and separateness.

When we face fear, the ego whispers that we can handle it alone, relying on our own limited resources.

    2. Our true strength and security come from trusting in our connection to God, Love itself.

Fear is an invitation to shift our focus from the ego's illusion to the ever-present reality of Love.

    3. The presence of fear isn't a personal criticism or judgment.

It's simply a signal indicating where we're placing our trust.

    4. Fear is a signal that empowers us to choose differently.

We can choose to stay stuck in the ego's grip, or we can use fear as a prompt to remember our connection to Love, which dissolves fear naturally.

    5. Trying to control or "muscle through" fear using the ego's "strength" fuels it further.

We tighten our grip on what we fear losing which reinforces the ego's illusion of separation.

    6. Miracles happen when we practice surrender and acceptance, releasing control and allowing Love to guide us through fear.

This doesn't mean we ignore the situation but instead, we approach it with trust and faith in our divine connection.

    7. We are not immune to fear but we can choose to recognize the source of fear and consciously choose where to place our trust.
