1. There is no past, for it has already passed, and there is no future, for it has not yet arrived.
There is only the eternal "Now," a state of being that is outside of time. Now is not merely a fleeting moment; it is the very Isness of life.
2. Being in a body, we have two choices, though in reality, there is only one true path:
We can choose to go through life by nurturing and protecting the narrative of "me" – our ego, the self-constructed identity that's a repository of our experiences, beliefs, doubts, fears, and guilt, much of which remains hidden from our conscious awareness. However, when we bring these aspects into the Light of Love and Truth, everything changes.
3. Let's recap
No past.
No future.
It's always Now.
We are either being truly helpful in what we say and do.
Or we're trying to promote and protect our egos, "the story of me."
One way leads to "Heaven" -joy, love, and connection.
The other way leads to "Hell" - inner turmoil, suffering, and disconnection.
