1. Live as if everything that happens is a miracle…or

2. Live as if everything that happens is random and not miraculous at all.

3. You can live life by fully embracing truth, “what is”, the present moment, and now…or

4. You can hold on tenaciously to your past, your ideas, your beliefs, your opinions, your fantasies, and your hypothetical scenarios.

5. You can entertain yourself with made-up stories about what you think should happen or the way you feel things ought to be.

6. The first way is peaceful, the latter way is painful.
