There's a wonderful thing about forgiveness. (1 min 40 sec)

Judgment: It is the act of forming opinions and criticisms about others, based on their actions, appearance, or beliefs. Judgment separates us from others and reinforces the ego's illusion of separation.
Forgiveness: Forgiveness is the practice of letting go of judgments and grievances. It's seeing past the external behavior and recognizing the shared divinity in all beings. Forgiveness goes beyond mere pardoning of actions.

    1. Forgiveness works every single time we use it.

    2. The problem is that it only works when using it.

    3. And we have to use it every moment of every day.

    4. I don't think we realize how much we judge just about everything.

We judge people by their looks without knowing their character or story.
We criticize someone's food preferences, like veganism or fast food.
We judge others based on their online posts, even if it's just a small glimpse of their life.
We get annoyed and judge other drivers for their actions on the road.
We criticize how others raise their kids.
We silently judge someone's outfit, thinking it's too flashy or too casual.
We judge others based on their way of speaking.
We judge someone's worth by their job title or salary.
We have opinions about who others should or shouldn't date.
We even judge people for their interests, even if they're harmless, like collecting stamps or playing video games.

    I am sorry.
    Please forgive me.
    Thank you.
    I love you.
