Things I don't understand and hate about DHL
1. Why the fuck I can't contact the driver
when he changes the status to "Couldn't be delivered. Recipient is not home" but I'm sitting as a Hachiko waiting for him with no movement.
2. Why can't I select a specific time slot for my delivery
3. Why are my parcels always delivered in the evening?
4. Why do they have a separate app for each country. Why?!
Why I can't have a single master account for whenever I'm located. I don't give a fuck about some legal stuff and etc, it's not really customer friendly. Firstly, cause they have it always in a local language, I can't even switch it to English. Why can't you afford translations during the digital era?
5. Why do they notify me about my delivery time slot just 10 minutes before the delivery time fucking slot? How do I plan my day then?
Cause anyway, even though I would be home, you still can say that I wasn't.
6. Why can't you just send a single SMS or push notification to the app that the courier is arriving now?
Why the fuck then do you need my phone number for?
7. Why some companies/shops are tied up to DHL only as a delivery provider?
How then do I avoid dealing with them?
8. What is the logic behind their delivery path?
The driver can literally circle around my house for 2 hours! So what's the reason? My shirt or my box of shoes is hidden under some big fridge box?
9. You always saying that your deliveries are CO2 free, but you've never tried to make them stress free.
