Things I like about Thanksgiving

I have traditional dishes I always make on the holidays.  I love apple pancakes with apples cooked in maple syrup and butter, covered in whipped cream.

I try to cook something different every holiday, whether it's a different main dish or a different way to cook turkey.  Lobster, goose, Cornish hen....

I wait for my favs too show up: snoopy, pinkachou.

No cooking unless I want to for at least a week!
