Things I want to learn/do with my kids

Some things I feel would be nice to know how to do. Great for me to learn with my teenage kids so we'll both know.

1. Start a fire with a hand drill

I've never started a fire with just some sticks. That should change.

2. Learn to tie at least 5 useful knots

Basic knot tying should be taught in school

3. Refresher in CPR

Also should be taught in school.

4. Learn to create a water filter with limited materials

5. Learn to identify local tree types
