    1. Drink more water

    I usually drink coffee first thing in morning. Now going to have water. Then coffee. Then some more water.

    2. Fast

    I do this most days, but will try and make it to dinner most days this week. My activity level isn't that high. I'm a bit under the weather.

    3. Go to bed earlier

    Since a little run down, was in bed by 9 and asleep by 10.

    4. Sleep in a little later

    Until I feel back to normal.

    5. Apply for new roles

    Started over the weekend. Making a career shift.

    6. Help more around the house

    I got yelled at last night by my spouse. Can do a little better here...

    7. Stay calmer

    Since I haven't felt great and been a little run down, I've lost my temper over things I normally wouldn't. Had to apologize to one friend. He was fine about it.

    8. Walk more

    Been going for a walk in the evening. When weather has been great.

    9. Take my spouse out for a meal

    We haven't gone in a while. We have been cooking together more, which has been nice.

    10. Consider getting a costume for Halloween?

    I never dress up...
