Things to say 'No' to

Too often I say 'Yes' to things because I do not want to disappoint other people. But telling another person 'no' is one of the most powerful things you can do.

Set your boundaries. Protect your time.

1. Meetings you do not need to be in

2. Driving into the office just to work on your computer

3. Events you do not want to go to

4. Other people's political ideas

5. Emails

6. Horrible jobs

7. Job tasks that are unnecessary

8. Traditional schooling that is a waste of time and money

9. Being in a group you do not want to be in

10. Frivolous spending

11. Horrible shows
