Things you can do in 7 minutes

I listened to Ali Abdaal's Deep Dive podcast with the author of Someday Is Today. I loved it. The guy tells a story about agreeing to a meeting (at McDonald's) with an aspiring writer. When asked about it, she tells him she hasn't actually started writing her book yet. He responded by mentioning the fact that she was 7 minutes late, to which she started apologizing. His point was not that he was bothered by her tardiness, but that during these 7 minutes, he got some work done. The point being that you can always find time to work on your projects; you don't need to be in the perfect conditions.
