Things you can replace one hour of mindless scrolling with

It adds up over time! Some of these can have massive results after one year or even just one month. This is also a lesson to myself, as I go through phases in which I engage in mindless scrolling myself.

    3. Publish at least one post on your preferred platform

    4. Exercise

    5. Reading

    6. Learn an instrument

    7. Write a book

    8. Meditation

    I stopped doing it regularly a while ago, so I doubt I'll start doing it one hour a day anytime soon.

    9. Engage on LinkedIn or X (if you're building a personal brand)

    So, you could call it scrolling, but less mindless and more proactive :)

    10. Make progress on an online course
