Today's exercise routine

A consequence of my spinal cord surgery therapy and covid lockdown, is that I have a variety of equipment - no freeweights - that I use on a rotating basis. The sequence below is just about a 30 minute routine.

    1. Tabata Skates

    I've mentioned in a previous list how to do tabata exercises (20 sec work / 10 sec rest, 8 reps). This is always how I start off a routine on any given day, regardless of what follows.

    4. Full Body Kettlebell
