Traveling Alone?
Inspired by a list from @lovingkindnesscomedy. I've traveled alone a little bit, probably not a lot. A big one was going to Spain by myself in December 2014 when I found out my father was very sick and likely to die. I've traveled for work and once or twice for fire department stuff but when I go on those types of trips, I try to break off to do something unrelated to the purpose of that trip, to me that counts as traveling alone.
1. Spain
My father lived near Malaga. I had a layover in Madrid so I went to check out a couple of things.

2. Santiago Bernabéu Stadium
This is where Real Madrid plays.

3. PNC Park in Pittsburgh
I had a side gig for an ETF company in Washington DC for a few years. I'd go back there a couple of times a year, often though I'd add some sort of detour on the way to see a sporting event somewhere. Here was Pittsburgh.

4. DUMBO section of Brooklyn
Another trip to New York City for a bell ringing at the NYSE, spent a morning walking across the Brooklyn Bridge and through a few neighborhoods over there.
