Walking 10,000 Steps a Day

    1. Get 5000 steps before you start work with a 40 min walk

    2. Get 1000 steps on a treadmill as a warmup at the gym

    3. Get 1000 steps walking in between weight sets at the gym and make an active rest

    4. Park far away

    5. Take the stairs

    6. For bathroom/ coffee breaks walk for 500-1000 steps

    7. Phone calls walk around

    8. Schedule social walks with friends

    9. Play with your children or dogs or both

    10. Walk around during commercials at home
