Ways to Keep From Procrastinating

    1. Do a short exercise like push-ups, or those rehab exercises you should be doing. Then get back to what you should be doing.

    2. Sing out loud till you're embarrassed. Then get back to what you should be doing.

    3. Write a list of 10 ideas. Then get back to what you should be doing.

    4. Check what time it is, check your to-do list and see time slipping away. Then get back to what you should be doing.

    5. Use the Pomodoro method.

    6. Imagine the reward of finishing your task. Add 'icing' to the reward if necessary, Then get back to what you should be doing.

    7. Stretch. Then get back to what you should be doing.

    8. Do a breathing exercise. Then get back to what you should be doing.

    9. Remember your 'Why'. If you don't have one or know 'Why', spend 5 minutes figuring that out. Then get back to what you should be doing.

    10. Imagine a world where you NEVER get it done - 'later' never happens. Then get back to what you should be doing.
