Ways to Keep From Procrastinating

    1. Do a short exercise like push-ups, or those rehab exercises you should be doing. Then get back to what you should be doing.

I am guilty of being a procrastinator! Sometimes it is difficult to have that kind of motivation. How do you make yourself motivated to do things?
