I forgot I have an account with my interests pre-loaded!
2. Mastodon
It's still social media, but I've made some progress on my stress levels by muting notifications on many apps, and Mastodon does not have an algorithm to push anxiety-inducing content, so it may be good.
3. Substack
Another reading source that is currently under-utilized.
4. Pocket
I usually use this to store articles and have them read back to me via the audio readback feature while I'm driving, but it might be good to use it for reading.
5. Word Games
Maybe I should spring for the NYT account and have unlimited access to Wordle etc.
