    1. Pray.

    Pray for guidance, clarity, and a shift in perception.
    When you pray, and silently ask for help in seeing a situation differently, it's a way to connect with your inner wisdom.

    2. Listen.

    Quiet your mind and be receptive to inner guidance. 
    You might sit in meditation, clear your thoughts, and open yourself to receive intuitive messages on a particular issue.

    3. Follow.

    Trust and act upon the guidance and insights you receive through prayer and listening.
    Align your actions with the wisdom of your Inner Self. After praying and listening, if you receive guidance to forgive someone who has "wronged" you, following that guidance would mean actively choosing forgiveness and letting go of the resentment.
