What 10 New Things Could You Wake Up & Immediately Do?
Yes, I'm that morning person that many love to hate. So, I could probably do anything in the morning, better than I could at night.
1. Brush my teeth
Literally, the very first thing I do. It's like a wake-up call for my mouth and then it says, 'thank you'.
2. Wash my face
It's like a slap, only it feels good. Good morning!
Not gonna lie, it's hard, but it's worth it. Nothing truly wakes me up like challenging my body does.
4. Make my to-do lists
Love me a list and somehow doing it in the morning makes it seem like I have longer to complete that list. Ha! I start it in my head while I'm working out and scribble it out when I'm done.
5. Make my bed
I feel better when I know my bed is made. It's like, "wow, look what I did today and today has only been 15 minutes old."
6. Food prep
I don't feel rushed early in the morning, and I hate to cook. When I prep my weekly meals early on a Sunday morning, it sets me up for healthy eating the entire week.
My head is cleared and calm, it's quiet and there are no interruptions. What better time to begin some of my art?
I move slower when I clean in the morning and I do a much better job at it.
